Biography
Dr. Rowe specializes in general obstetrics and gynecology, high and low risks pregnancies, adolescent care, endometriosis, infertility evaluations, fibroids, endometrial ablation, laparoscopic surgery and da Vinci robotic surgery.

Dr. Elyse Pertot
Dr. Elyse Pertot earned her bachelor of Science in Biology from The State University of New York at Stony Brook. She then attended The George Washington University School of Medicine on a scholarship from the US Navy, where she completed her medical degree. Dr. Pertot began her career in Obstetrics and Gynecology with an internship at Naval Medical Center San Diego, followed by a residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. During her distinguished service in the US Navy, Dr. Pertot achieved the qualification of Naval Flight Surgeon. She has also held key leadership roles, including Chair of the Graduate Medical Education Committee, Obstetrics and Gynecology Clerkship Site Director at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, and Assistant Professor of OB/GYN at the Uniformed Services University of Health and Sciences. Dr. Pertot is deeply passionate about medical education, the integration of technology in medicine, and the importance of effective communication. Outside of her professional life she enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth soccer, boating, reading, and traveling. Dr. Pertot is thrilled to join Women's Healthcare Associates, where she looks forward to continuing her dedication to serving her community.
